The BillyOh Aurora Platinum 4 Burner Stainless Steel BBQ with Slide-Out Side Burner and Side Searing Burner features a stainless steel hood and body, slide-out side burner, slide-out searing burner and a stainless steel cabinet.The hooded grill and griddle area allows you to push your culinary boundaries outdoors, making entertaining family and friends a true pleasure. Cooking can be sophisticated, experimental and cooked simultaneously with the multiple burners.In addition BillyOh is also offering a clip on propane regulator and a PVC cover to protect your barbecue from the elements.
Gas and Regulator
We include a propane/patio gas clip on gas regulator as standard with this bbq and recommend that you use propane gas or patio gas to achieve the best barbecuing experience. However this barbecue can use either propane / patio gas or butane LPG gas.
We recommend propane/patio gas as it will supply gas all year round, even on cold winter days. Butane bottles however tend to supply sufficient gas during the summer, but its performance may well be reduced once temperatures drop below 10 degrees C. Please be aware that if you intend to use butane that a butane regulator is not supplied and we do not stock these items.
Grill Cooking
The burner heats up flamer tamer underneath the grill, which in turn heats up the food on the grill. The natural food juices produced during cooking fall onto the hot flame tamer below and vaporise. The subsequent rising smoke bastes the food, as it travels upwards, imparting that unique barbecue flavour.
Roasting Hood Cooking
Barbecues equipped with a roasting hood give the option of cooking with hood closed to form an ‘oven’ for roasting food, such as joints of meat , whole chickens, etc.
Stainless Steel Roasting Hood
Durable double skinned hood adept at retaining heat. Capable of roasting, grilling and simply keeping food warm. The refined countersunk heat indicator makes barbecuing all the easier. Given a beautiful polished finish to accentuate the quality of this product. A secure handle ensures ease of operation.
Double Door Cabinet
The wonderfully black framed cabinet with stainless steel doors provides storage space to store utensils,outdoor dinner sets and for hiding food away from the sunlight ready to be barbecued.
Slide-Out Side Searing Burner
The undoubted versatility of the slide-out side searing burner is what makes this a deluxe barbecue. Easily wipeable practical surfaces ideal for preparing food and serving directly from the barbecue. The Searing burner is great for getting that crispy flesh texture and for sealing in those precious juices before the meat hits the main grill.
Slide-Out Side Burner
In addition to the searing slide-out side burner a traditional side burner with the slide-out feature is also included as standard. However this side burner can kick out 12,000 BTU which means whether you are keeping things warm or cooking on it, neither is a problem on this side-burner.
