The BillyOh Mirage Platinum 6 Burner Stainless Steel Gas BBQ Inc Side Burner, Cover, Hose & Regulator features a stainless steel hood side table, side burner with lid and a stainless steel cabinet.The large hooded grill area allows you to push your culinary boundaries outdoors, making entertaining family and friends a true pleasure. Cooking can be sophisticated, experimental and cooked simultaneously with the multiple burners. In addition BillyOh is also offering a clip on propane / Patio gas regulator and a PVC cover to protect your barbecue from the elements.
Gas and Regulator
We include a propane/patio gas clip on gas regulator as standard with this bbq and recommend that you use propane gas or patio gas to achieve the best barbecuing experience. However this barbecue can use either propane / patio gas or butane LPG gas.
We recommend propane/patio gas as it will supply gas all year round, even on cold winter days. Butane bottles however tend to supply sufficient gas during the summer, but its performance may well be reduced once temperatures drop below 10 degrees C. Please be aware that if you intend to use butane that a butane regulator is not supplied and we do not stock these items.
Grill Cooking
The burner heats up flamer tamer underneath the grill, which in turn heats up the food on the grill. The natural food juices produced during cooking fall onto the hot flame tamer below and vaporise. The subsequent rising smoke bastes the food, as it travels upwards, imparting that unique barbecue flavour.
Roasting Hood Cooking
Barbecues equipped with a roasting hood give the option of cooking with hood closed to form an ‘oven’ for roasting food, such as joints of meat , whole chickens, etc.
Please Note: An AA battery is required for the barbecue ignition system and is not supplied with the barbecue.
Stainless Steel Roasting Hood with Warming Rack
Durable double skinned hood adept at retaining heat. Capable of roasting, grilling and simply keeping food warm. The refined countersunk heat indicator makes barbecuing all the easier.
Stainless Steel Side Burner
Included is a side burner as standard which can kick out 10,000 BTU which means whether you are keeping things warm or cooking on it, neither is a problem on this side-burner.
Stainless Steel Cabinet
The twin skinned cabinet with stainless steel doors provides storage space to store utensils, outdoor dinner sets and for hiding food away from the sunlight ready to be barbecued.
Storage Basket & Rubber Wheels
Complete with a storage basket and chunky rubber tyres make it easier to move your barbecue to the perfect position on all types of surfaces whether it be grass, gravel or patios.
