Charcoal is conveniently held on the charcoal grate which it positioned off the bottom of the deep drum designed body ensuring that is contained for maximum barbecuing results. As some food take longer than others the cook or some you may just wish to cook slower for that more tender texture the grill is split into 2 separate sections each with adjustable grill heights.
