Mad Dash Gingerbread Playhouse Overview
Complete with a unique picket fence!
This great Mad Dash Gingerbread Playhouse comes with a unique stable door and is constructed with an attention to detail and it's natural look will enhance your garden, while giving pleasure to your children or grandchildren.
Construction
Tongue and groove interlocking board cladding is used throughout in the construction of this building making it more sturdy and better looking due to its smoother appearance, thus differentiating it from other playhouses. Rounded framing is also for its construction and for added safety.
Features
Along with the stable door the building features two styrene glazed windows which allow natural light to enter the building. The playhouse also comes with a decorative picket fence which can be easily removed for convenience and is built with children in mind keeping them amused for hours and will allow their imagination to shape their own play space from a country cottage to a hideaway. To add further charm to the building we include a chimney section to add to the overall country cottage look. Overall a great personal playspace which your children will be proud of.
Treatment
To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the warranty and finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, and thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life.
What’s included?
Easy Assembly and Maintenance
Full Self-assembly instructions are supplied with your order along with all the required fixtures and fittings.
To provide protection during transportation and construction the Gingerbread Playhouse is pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection against the elements. We recommend you re-treat the building following construction with a high quality preservative for maximum durability.
Please note: The Gingerbread Playhouse has been painted for photographic purposes only, the playhouse will be supplied pre-treated only as standard. All play equipment should be supervised by an adult at all times during use.
Always ensure that whenever the playhouse is in use that it is whilst under adult supervision
